To whom it may concern:
I would like to make you aware of the experience that I had at your location at 11125 Briar Forest, Houston, TX 77284. I was greeted by Anthony with a huge smile. I told him that I needed an oil change and an inspection. He told me that he was just finishing up with the current customer and would be with me very shortly. He asked me to have my proof of insurance ready and to fill out basic information on a clipboard. He came to get me in the waiting room barely 5 minutes later and asked for my keys. Unfortunately, he came back again very quickly to tell me that he would be unable to complete an inspection due to my “Service Engine Soon” light being lit. Frustrated with my situation and an impending repair bill, I asked him to go ahead and check my tire pressure. He agreed again with a big smile. He finished finished very quickly. He even gave me a couple of suggestions on where to take my vehicle for the repairs at my request. Alex was the one who drove my car out of the bay and presented it to me. He suggested the new SAM machine to diagnose my problem. When I looked at him with a question mark, he stated that the new kiosk right outside the building could diagnose my vehicle problem for a nominal fee of $15.00 and would only take a few minutes. I was definitely intrigued. We went over to the machine and he called Anthony over to watch how it worked. They both helped me through the process and within minutes I found out that the service engine problem was actually an Oxygen Sensor that had been previously recalled on my vehicle and I am hoping that it will be covered under some kind of warranty. I just wanted to say that these two gentlemen made what is otherwise a very long wait, high pressure (trying to sell an unsuspecting female parts that she doesn’t know if she needs or not) situation, and almost always involves a grumpy young punk who is not very happy to see any customers, into a pleasant experience that I will be sharing with my friends, family and coworkers. I hope that these two men get the recognition that they deserve. I appreciated their attitudes and their work ethics.
Thanks Again,
Nicole
