Speedemissions, Inc objective is to become the leading vehicle emissions (& safety inspection where applicable) testing company in those states where emissions testing is mandated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Our only business is to conduct the vehicle emission/safety inspection tests for automobiles, vans, sport-utility-vehicles or pick-up trucks. We currently own and operate 50 vehicle emission/safety inspection testing stations, 14 in Atlanta, GA and 15 in Houston, TX and 8 in Salt Lake, 10 in Dallas, and 3 in St. Louis.

The Company was founded for the sole purpose of developing its own vehicle emission testing stations and to make strategic acquisitions of selected competitors in markets identified for future growth. Initially, growth will be through these strategic acquisitions and the organic development of stores as we implement a proven store model for site selection and profitability.

We are a publicly held company head-quartered in Tyrone, GA. and are an OTC BB company with “SPMI”as our symbol.
